How is CBD Oil Made?

They purify the solution, and when the solvent evaporates, they only leave behind pure CBD oil. 

CO2 Extraction 

The most common method of CBD extraction is the CO2 method or “supercritical carbon dioxide.” The method uses a closed-loop extractor that extracts essential oils for perfumes and food additives. 

Then they place the hemp in a chamber filled with carbon dioxide. When pressure is applied to the chamber, the CO2 turns to liquid, absorbing the hemp’s oils and flavors. The result is a liquid that has carbon dioxide and CBD. Then the liquid goes into the final chamber where the carbon dioxide is converted into gas.
